The Trysting Place Rangers, now 8-0, defeated the Cardinals 20-2
Sunday night at Wick Field. The Ranger pitching staff of Gary Witthuhn,
John Arnold, and Al Alt each pitched 3 innings, holding the Cardinals to
2 runs on 6 hits. Alt struck out the side in the 8th. Hitting highlights
include 1B Terry Teske who was 4-5 with 4 runs scored and 5 RBI. Witthuhn
was 3-3 with 3 runs scored and 1 RBI, and Arnold collected 3 hits and 2
RBI.
