Rangers, Kovnesky outslug Muskies
The Trysting Place Rangers won their 6th straight game, defeating McGinn's Muskies on a cool and windy Sunday evening at Wick Field. Ranger 1B Jeff Kovnesky continued his power surge, socking 2 home runs and driving in 6 runs. Jeff increased his team leading homer total to 4, all in the last three games. Other hitting highlights included Ranger Captain Terry Teske with 3 hits and 3 runs scored, CF Pete Jaske with an RBI triple, and Al Alt with his team leading 3rd triple.
