RANGERS WIN 13-11 OVER BREWERS
In the second game of the double-header, the Trysting Place Rangers scored 5 runs in the first inning, and looked like they might coast to the win, but the Brewers battled back to take a 10-6 lead in the fifth inning. In the bottom of the fifth, the Rangers pulled closer, and with runners at second and third, and the Brewer infield playing up close, Ranger SS Terry Teske chopped a single over the infield, scoring 2 runs to take the lead for good. Teske was 4-4, and also scored 3 runs for the Rangers (now 7-1). Al Alt and Jeff Kovnesky each picked up 3 hits, and John Arnold, pitching in relief, got the victory.
