YANKEES RALLY PAST TRYSTING PLACE RANGERS
Rangers  Record Falls to 10-3

On a near perfect Sunday the Yankees and Trysting Place Rangers battled for 9 innings at Burnham Field, with the Yankees surviving to take home a 9-7 win. Of the Rangers 10 wins, many have been come from behind, but this time it was the Yankees who came back, putting together a 5 run 7th and holding on. The Rangers rallied in the 8th to cut the lead to 2 runs as 1B Jeff Kovnesky doubled in 2 runs, however a 9th inning rally failed to produce any runs, sending the Rangers to their second consecutive loss. The Yankees improved to 7-7 with the victory.
